Neil Gardyne
With 40 years of experience in mining and finance sectors, Neil has held various positions; from technical-operational to senior management companies.

Neil studied geology at the University of Natal, finance at Havard University and has been on the board of Randex Ltd, Decorum Capital Partners (Pty) Ltd and NCAS (Pty) Ltd.

Richard Lloyd
Richard Lloyd is a 17 year Investment Banking executive and has recently joined Price Forbes as Head of Business Development for Global Metals and Mining. Prior to joining Price Forbes, Richard was a Director in the Resources, Energy Infrastructure team at ANZ London heading the Metals and Mining team, having joined from Commerzbank AG where he ran a Corporate Finance Advisory division. Richard has also held senior positions at Dresdner Kleinwort, Financial Security Assurance UK Ltd and Standard Bank. Richard began his career as a mining geologist, having worked on projects in Indonesia, Malaysia, Peru and Zimbabwe, as well as deep level gold mining with Anglogold Ashanti in South Africa. Richard holds a BSc (Hons) in Mining Geology and A.R.S.M and an M.Sc. in Mineral Deposit Appraisal from the Royal School of Mines, Imperial College London. Further postgraduate studies were undertaken at London Business School.

Emma Priestley
BEng, CEng, CRICS

Emma has a background in mining and financial services having worked with mining companies and consultants, IMC Mackay & Schnellmann, investment bank CSFB, advisers VSA Resources, Ambrian Partners, where she worked as corporate broker and adviser, and most recently as an executive director of Lonrho Plc until its successful takeover. Emma is a graduate of Camborne School of Mines, is a chartered Mining Engineer and Chartered Mineral Surveyor.

Jacques gained management experience over 20 years of working in management positions in different sectors of the economy and owning his own business.
Accountant

Daniel Ellis
B Acc B Compt (Hons)

Daniël is a Professional Accountant and a member of the South African Institute of Professional Accountants. He has 16 years’ experience in the accounting and financial sector and is the Managing Director of Fellowship Business Advisory (Pty) Ltd.

He expanded his knowledge through employment as both audit manager and financial manager at auditing firms, and founded his own company in 2005.
